Trinity Parish in Bergen Point
Pack 27 - Troop 27 - Troop 327
BSA Troop 27 (Boys Troop) and Cub Scout Pack 27 have been part of the Boy Scouts of America for over 80 years. Our legacy in Bayonne, NJ, began at the Our Lady of Assumption Parish. Since January 2016, we have found our new home at Trinity Episcopal Parish. In 2020, Troop 327 was founded and entered into the Trinity family as Bayonne's first scout Troop for girls. Our regular meetings are held from September through June. The Cub Scout Pack meets on Monday evenings (Lions/ Tigers /Wolves/Bears/ WeBeLoS & Arrow of Light) beginning at 6:00 PM. Troop 327 (Girls) meet on Monday's beginning at 6:45 PM & Troop 27 (Boys) meet on Thursdays beginning at 6:45 PM.
Our leaders are dedicated to continuing a vision of scouting that has evolved from decades of experience and pursuing BSA leadership training. We are committed to upholding the values taught in the leadership program, giving Scouts the support needed to work through the scouting program and earn scouting's highest award, Eagle Scout.
Our scouting program promotes a family-like atmosphere. We give our scouts the opportunity to explore new and different experiences, learning and practicing new skills while they gain an appreciation of the outdoors. They also learn different ways to contribute to and help our local communities and they are encouraged to practice leadership skills by taking charge of and contributing to scout-run events and activities.
