Priest-in charge:
(The Rev.) Gregory Gerard Perez was born on January 5, 1960, the son of Butchild Perez and Herminia Gonzalez, in Giddings, TX. Greg is the fourth child of five and was raised in Central Texas. Upon graduating from Giddings High School, he was accepted as a seminary student for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Austin and received his first four years of formation at Immaculate Heart of Mary Seminary in Santa Fe, NM. He graduated with a BA in History and minor in Philosophy from the College of Santa Fe, a Roman Catholic college established by the Christian Brothers of La Salle.
Greg attended St. Meinrad School of Theology, a four-year major seminary operated by the Benedictine Monks of St. Meinrad Archabbey in Indiana. He studied in various locations including Rome, Italy, and the Presbyterian Seminary in Louisville, KY. He was ordained a priest on July 19, 1986 and worked in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Austin until January of 1999.
He was received into the Anglican Communion on November 3, 2000, and moved to New Jersey in the summer of 2003 where he first worked as the Executive Director of the AIDS Resource Center, a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Newark. On December 15, 2005, The Rt. Reverend John Croneberger received his Holy Orders into the Episcopal Church and his first work as an Episcopal priest was to serve as Curate of Grace Church Van Vorst in Jersey City. Father Greg's life-long partner is Douglas Flores and they enjoy the company and love of their two Cocker-Spaniels, Willie Wonka and Charlie Bucket.

Associate Priest:
The Rev. Rose Cohen Hassan has been an Episcopal Priest since 1993, received a Masters in Sacred Theology in Spiritual Direction in 1997, and is now a Certified Life Coach.
Before coming to Bayonne, she had been the Vicar of Trinity Episcopal Church in Kearny since 1995. While there, she began a ministry to the Spanish speaking community in Kearny, and began Tri-County Ministries, which provided free ESL Classes, Citizenship Classes, Health Screenings, and Bi-lingual Workshops on topics such as Navigating the Educational System, Accessing Health Care, and Income Tax Preparation.
Rev. Rose has been active n the Diocesan and National Church levels. She has been the Co-Convener for District 7 twice. She also is the Diocesan Spiritual Director for Vocare, a renewal ministry for young adults, and had been the National Spiritual Director. She has served as a member of the Hispanic Ministry Task Force, the Diocesan Liturgy and Music Commission, the Women's Commission, the Camp Committee, the Task Force on Minority Vendors, the Board of the Ward Herbert Fund, and on Diocesan Council.
For 4 years she was Pastoral Counselor at the St. Barnabas AIDS Resource Center. In addition, she was the interim director of the Oasis also, having served as a member of the Board of the Oasis. Before she came to Trinity Rose was the part-time assistant at St. Peter's Church, New York, NY while she was working on an STM in Spiritual Direction at General Seminary in New York. Before seminary Rose was a law librarian and a teacher.
She lives with her partner, Judy Piserchia and their dog, Selena. Rose's son, David, served in United States Marine Corps and is now a doctoral student in physics at Rutgers. She joined the staff here in April of 2011.
Executive Assistant:

Anastasia Dittich was born in Ridgewood, New Jersey, on October 18, 1983. The 27 year old, resides in Bayonne, NJ with her husband Stephen and their two beautiful children, Vincent and Madison.
A graduate of Garfield High School in Garfield, New Jersey (Class' 01), she took courses at both, Bergen Community College where she is persuing an Associate Degree in Libral Arts, and the Lincoln Technical Institute where she recieved training in computer software and maintenance.
She came to Trinity Parish in the year 2004, as a parishioner. In April of 2009, she was confirmed an Episcopalian bythe Rt. Rev. Mark M. Beckwith, Bishop of Newark, and is still an active member of the church. She is currently the Religious Education Teacher for the younger children of Trinity Parish. She joined the staff of Trinity Parish in January of 2010.

Music Director & Organist:
James G. Sanderson was born in 1952 in Alaska where he lived for eight years with his parents and sister. In 1960, he moved with his family to Missoula, Montana where he spent the remainder of his youth studying math, science, languages, and music while playing the organ for several local churches. He graduated from the University of Montana in 1974 with a Bachelor of Music degree in organ. He went on to the University of Michigan where he earned a Master of Music degree in organ in 1976 while studying with Robert Glasgow. He then attended Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester where he earned a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in organ in 1979 while studying with Russell Saunders. From 1978 until 1985, he was the music director and organist for First American Baptist Church and Congregation B'nai Israel (1979-1985) in Elmira, NY. In 1985, he came to Trinity Parish in Bayonne, NJ to be the organist and director of music.
While at Trinity, he was active in developing the church's concert series, Arts at Trinity, and taught piano and organ to the area's aspiring musicians.
During his tenure at Trinity, he attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating with a degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000. He completed his internship and residency in Family Practice at Christ Hospital in Jersey City, NJ in 2004 before opening his medical practice near Christ Hospital. He is an attending physician at both Christ Hospital and at Bayonne Medical Center.
